Please carefully read the booking rules outlined below. Each reservation, once confirmed, is considered a contract in accordance with Italian law. This contract is binding for the person making the reservation and for all other individuals mentioned therein, including minors.

Reservation

You may submit a request for availability and await our response. Alternatively, you can book online by following the instructions on our website www.trulliantichimestieri.com Upon your request, we will send a non-binding offer. A reservation is considered confirmed only after our written communication detailing the total price of the stay and after the deposit has been paid within 3 days of our confirmation. If the payment is not made within the required time, the reservation will be deemed null and void. The reservation becomes binding for Trulli Antichi Mestieri only upon receipt of a copy of the deposit payment receipt or the credit card details for the authorized withdrawal. Please send a copy of the payment via email (info@lacortedellastore.com). At this point, Trulli Antichi Mestieri will commit to sending the customer an email confirmation or a summary voucher to be presented at check-in. Confirming your reservation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. We kindly ask you to verify the accuracy of the details in said confirmation and to notify us as soon as possible of any discrepancies. Communication must be received no later than 4 days from its receipt. After this period, we decline any responsibility for inaccuracies. Upon arrival, it is mandatory to present identification for each person. To make changes to your reservation, you must contact the reception staff, who will do their best to accommodate your request. If the reservation is moved to a period with a higher price than the amount paid, the customer must pay the difference.

Payment

General Conditions: A confirmation deposit (excluding tourist tax and optional services) is required within 3 days from the reservation confirmation date. If the deposit is not received by the specified date, the reservation will be null and void. The same applies for the balance payment. In the event of non-payment of the balance, the reservation will be cancelled.

As per Article 1385 of the Civil Code, the deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation or no-show.

The management declines all responsibility for service disruptions due to supply failures, accidental equipment malfunctions, or other force majeure causes. We also decline any responsibility for damages caused by other guests, weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, illnesses, and thefts.
